Delivery of orders in Kazakhstan is available in the following ways:
Courier delivery to your home address or office address. 
Pickup from pick-up points. The list of delivery addresses is available when choosing this delivery method.
The cost of delivery depends on the chosen delivery method and is calculated individually when placing an order.

If you did not have time to pick up the order, then resending is PAID.

International delivery of our products is available almost anywhere in the world. Delivery is carried out by DHL transport company. Delivery is paid.  

The cost of delivery is calculated in the shopping cart when placing an order and depends on the weight of the parcel and the final delivery address of the shipment.

Informing about the readiness of the order
Courier delivery. After the order arrives in the destination city, a representative of the courier service will contact you to agree on the date and time of delivery.
Pickup from the order pick-up point. After the order is received at the order pick-up point, you will receive a notification (SMS and/or e-mail) with the code for receiving and the shelf life of the order. 
We recommend tracking the parcel yourself by the track number on the website of the selected logistics company.
